How quickly will my Christmas message be ready?
Voicemail and IVR prompts are usually delivered within 24 to 48 hours of script approval. On-hold packages take 3 to 5 working days. Order early: December is our busiest month.
Can I change the wording?
Of course. Write it all yourself, tweak one of our examples, or leave it to us entirely.
Will it work with my phone system?
Yes. We deliver files in whatever format your system needs, whether that's Microsoft Teams, cloud telephony or an on-premise platform.
Can I order now and record later?
Yes. Order before 5pm on Monday 30th November to lock in your price and we'll schedule the recording for when suits you, including the new year.
